Mount Batur Sunrise Tours was founded by Komang Hendra Wirawan, a local tourism professional born, raised, and living in Songan Village, at the foot of Mount Batur.
After graduating from SPB Bali, one of Bali’s leading tourism schools, Komang gained valuable experience working as a tour driver and guide for one of Bali’s major travel companies. Driven by his passion for tourism and love for his hometown, he returned to Songan to create authentic Mount Batur experiences led by local experts.
Today, Mount Batur Sunrise Tours is proudly operated by a team of local guides and drivers from the Mount Batur area. Our mission is to provide safe, professional, and memorable adventures while supporting the local community that calls this mountain home.
